Lindsay-Lohan-to-Miss-her-Court-Appearance Looks like the cat finally jumped out of the bag with a stolen passport, through deliberate efforts because Lindsay was giving it a hard time. The vivacious actress accidentally “missed” her court appearance after being accused of sticking her fingers on someone’s passport at the Cannes Film Festival.

All the more, it has given Mr. Michael Lohan, more reasons to take away Ali because this recent incident has given him a solid reason to support his accusations of Lindsay, inflicting bad influence on her younger sister.

Looks like, Lindsay hasn’t been able to straighten up even despite of recent warnings pertaining the imposition of a DUI case on her which occurred back in 2007. This is something which really surprises me, as there is a point in every person’s life when he/she starts oscillating towards a mature state but eh… Lindsay is just Lindsay I guess.

On the bright side, some people believe that Lindsay mistakenly “took” someone else’s passport, thinking that it was hers (maybe they didn’t have enough lights at the Cannes Film Festival?). But anyhow, she is optimistic about her next court appearance (that is, if she ever shows up there) and said that it will only take her 2 weeks to clear this whole mess up.

On a serious note, Lindsay Lohan is walking on a thin strand these days – if she somehow fails to comply with court orders, then sooner or later, arrest warrant are going to be issued against her. We can only bid her good luck for now…
