US Shares to Close Down to a Lower Level Due to European Stock Market

US-Shares-to-Close-Down-to-a-Lower-Level-Due-to-European-Stock-Market The European stock market and economic recession caused the US shares to close down to a lower level and already; a high level of wariness is hovering over the international stock market. As compared to last month, Dow Jones’ index dropped down to 0.34%, after rising up to 3.5% on last Monday.

And that’s not all, because “Obamaville” also expressed some concerns through a spokesperson. For now, the only strategy of curbing the European crisis is to aid them through loans and guarantees worth 750 Billion Euros.

This package was already released and it buoyed the London and Paris stock market shares by 5% to 9%, but without any prior indication, both markets fell down by 1% and 0.7% suddenly. President Obama is now going to actively and personally engage himself in this issue, to device an end to it.

The main concern right now is the loss of confidence in some European economies and it is feared that the high debt level can spread like a plague to other parts of the world too – and that may include the U.S. as well.

We already know, things are not very bright at the U.S. side so they can’t afford to get struck by another financial crisis. The situation will turn upside down and people cannot bear with the already prevailing unemployment rate and tax crisis.

Financial authorities from the U.K. are already battling against this problem. A currency strategist – Todd Elmer from Citigroup, said that the pound could rise further and if it happens, the U.Ks financial issues can be tackled easily.
