Gov. Jan Brewer from Arizona will Fight Lawsuits about the Immigration Law
Jan Brewer, the governor from the state of Arizona expressed her outrage regarding the comment made by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Clinton commented that the current administration will file charges against the immigration laws that are now very controversial in this part of the country. The state’s governor said that she is ready no matter what lawsuit it would be.
When she was in Ecuador, Hillary Clinton had an interview at a TV station where she said that there will be a lawsuit against the state of Governor Jan Brewer because of the immigration law. They will be delivering the upcoming lawsuit even though the Justice Department is still reviewing the said issue.
Meanwhile, on her interview with Greta Van Susteren of Fox News, Jan Brewer said that she was disappointed with what Clinton commented and what the administration would try to do. She was appalled that the announcement was made on a foreign channel without even first talking to the officials of Arizona regarding the matter. But the governor is fierce and she made it clear that they are not back away from the said issue. No matter what, they would still push the immigration laws, face any lawsuit, and be aggressive with whatever that is thrown at them. She assured that they would win. The Arizona governor also added that a big number of Americans agree with their immigration laws.
You can now see clips of the interview on various blogs wherein Hillary Clinton talked about how the current administration is handling the issues and debates about the laws. Clinton said that the president already gave his words and said that he himself is against the law. Barack Obama thinks that it is the federal government’s job to determine all the policies regarding the immigration. Apparently, the Justice Department will soon bring a lawsuit against it as well.

If a sitting U. S. President can lie to a sitting Governor of a state (Arizona) promising National Guard troops and financial support to stop illegal immigration within 2 weeks knowing that his Sec. of State already has exposed his intensions to ignore this promise at the same time, I consider that an impeachable offense. Not only is the security of the state of Arizona at stake but so is the national security. It is indefensible for our President to deliberately deceive a Governor with promises of federal help, knowing that he has no intention of acting on these promises. It breaks every rule of moral conduct and responsibility to defend the United States of America (including Arizona) . It breaches his Oath of Office. It tells the world that his word means nothing to him or anyone else.
If it were just a ‘change of heart’, then Secretary Clinton would not have been briefed before she went to South America at the same time that President Obama was meeting with Governor Jan Brewer in the White House, of President Obama’s intention to have the US Justice Department take legal action to challenge the Arizona 1070 Illegal Immigrant Legislation. It was premeditated, planned and illegal to make a verbal contract with no intention of performing as promised.
I feel that impeachment proceedings are warranted and should be started immediately.
I agree totally, and I am so proud of Gov. Brewer for standing up for what is right and moral. I cannot believe the direction POTUS and his admin are taking our country. I only wish (maybe I don’t) I were a fly on the wall in the WH. Too many Americans are wanting to impeach Obama and I am among them 100%. Again thank you Gov. Brewer.

Yes, the fact that a sitting president fails to keep his commitment on border security that he made to any governor is an impeachable offense. He does not care about the security of our country. He knows full well that this is not a racial issue. He is far too smart to fall for that. The fact is that terrorists from other countries know about how easy it is to come up into Arizona and into YOUR neighborhood in your state, through the open border.
Please keep up the good fight Gov. Brewer. You know that most of Arizona is behind you. Don’t let Washington cannonball over you the way they cannonballed the American People. SB 1070 is good for everyone, whether they know it or not
I fully support Gov Brewer. I see obama’s actions as a political ploy to get his way with the amnesty for illegals he knows we all don’t want. He will use the pressure on Ms Brewer until Congress gives him what he wants. He has managed to snow a lot of Americans so far, and no one in Congress has the spine to stand up to him. I am so glad Gov Brewer is doing just that. We need some of the men/women in Congress to step forward and support Arizona and our constitution. Seal the border, deport all illegals, and make them do it the legal way. Then learn the language, become an American, not an illegal alien. That is something we can all support. Kudos for Gov Brewer!!!

I support Gov. Brewer completely on this law,And will back her through the whole process that this administration is throwing at her. I will call the executive branch and express my outrage over the POTS plan to provide amnesty through this executive order. Our borders have become a haven for lawless criminals and a high security breach for not only illegal people from Mexico,but also terrorist. I saw on the news just yesterday morning a brief report about drug cartels making a threat to blow up a water dam in Texas or Arizona causing as high as 4 million people to have no water.You tell me this HAS NOT become a national security situation to our U.S. of America.
