Durbin-to-Be-Subpoenaed-Because-of-Blagojevich April 23 (Bloomberg) – The number 2, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin just got pulled down in a scandalous corruption trial these days and the court just subpoenaed to testify in the upcoming trial on June 3rd.

Durbin is supposed to share his end of the story in the upcoming court room drama, regarding the corruption trial of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich. Durbin believes that he’s going to blurt out the same story over and over again (yes, Durbin even a kid knows this trick), and the court subpoena is merely an order for him to show up and state down the facts.

This is a big issue and we heard that the U.S. President is probably going to be compelled to testify in the court about the allegations against the infamous governor. However, calling in the U.S. President is not such a simple matter and that is why, U.S. District Judge James Zagel is going to thoroughly consider this request on April 30th.

Dick Durbin spoke to the media about his meeting with the investigating authorities about the Blagojevich case. Durbin has been repeating the same thing that he was called by Blagojevich, a few months back and their phone conversation lasted for 15 to 20 minutes. Within that time period, Durbin just suggested different names to Blagojevich for his consideration and that was it. But the allegations against Gov. Blagojevich say that he was trying to trade Obama’s former U.S. Senate seat for his personal favors.

If the accusations are correct and Blagojevich makes it successfully to the prison then he’s going to be in there for 15 to 20 years. And on top of that, he will always be remembered by his deeds and when it comes to political figures, celebrities and teachers, people never forget anything for generations to come.
