So how is it that the issue has ended up before SCOTUS?  I&#039;m guessing there must have been an appeal somewhere along the line, but I can&#039;t seem to find anything in your article to confirm that guess -- or the reasons behind filing such an appeal.  

Is someone trying to make the point that &quot;Hey - if you&#039;re a prostitute, you deserve whatever disease you got.&quot;???? I&#039;d kinda like to know who&#039;s making that claim.]]></description>
