Why it matters
The investment case still depends on whether Token Cat can replace its old revenue base with a repeatable business. This filing is mixed. It adds a new electronic-equipment line and a larger asset base, but it also says there is substantial doubt about going concern.
Total assets rose to RMB 299.267 million from RMB 172.877 million at December 31, 2025, a gain of RMB 126.390 million. That is the clearest change in the filing. It shows the balance sheet grew even as losses stayed heavy.
The balance sheet also showed a stock subscription receivable of RMB 825.542 million and an accumulated deficit of RMB 1.610 billion. Additional paid-in capital was RMB 2.556 billion after shares issued for digital assets. The six-month loss from continuing operations was RMB 190.886 million.

What's next
The next quarterly report will show whether the electronic-equipment business can build revenue without another large impairment or a new going-concern warning. A stronger report would show higher sales and a smaller loss. A weaker report would repeat the same cautionary language.
